REGISTRATION

Individual Registration is open for all students currently attending a high school, or are of an equivialent age, in the United States. 8th Grade students are also encouraged to pre-apply for the next years session, and are subject to similar application conditions.

Applicants who are applying and wish to apply under a predesignated chapter must be placed on said chapters roster as an applicant before they can apply.

Students applying without a chapter designation will be groupped under an "at-large" chapter, based on geographic location.

Chapter Registration is open for any group of 2 or more members that currently attend the same education institution in the United States.

Applying chapters must meet minimum requirements for membership, hold the capacity for chapter maintance and expansion, and have been trusted to uphold the bylaws and statutes of the organization.

A chapter must provide notice to the appropriate parties regarding these policies, and will be subject to review by said parties.
