THE THREE BRANCHES
Similar to the government of the United States, OPIAS operates under its own tribranch federalized structure, which each branch sharing the duties of managing the organization and its members.
The executive branch is made up of two offices: the Office of the Presidency, and a subservient office: the Office of the Secretariat.
Both of these offices work together to not only run and manage the business of the organization, but also to track, organize, and represent the organization in the eyes of the public.Â
The House of Speakers was established in order to increase interchapter co-operation, as well as allow students from all over to connect to make decisions about what is best for nation.
This branch is responsible for managing the policy and legislation of the organization.
Although no body officially yet exists, the OPIAS constitution authorizes the establishment of a Judicial Reading Board that is to handle all judicial and legal conflicts concerning parties inside the organization.
