National President

Jesse D. Moore

Jesse Davis Moore, also known J.D. Moore, is a youth advocate and political activist currently residing in Lathrop, Missouri.

In 2022, in the wake of growing violence among American youth, the Uvalde school shooting, and the revelation that only 27% of eligible voters between 18-29 years old participated in the 2022 midterm elections, Moore took it upon himself to look upon the problem, and find a solution to the growing disconnection between the voices of the young and the rule of the old.

After month of planning, February 9th, 2023, the Organization of Politically Interested and Active Students, which eventually evolved into the modern OPIAS.

Moore, a high school senior, is currently serving as the organizations 1st National President, and is the current President of the Lathrop (MO-1) Chapter.

Moore is set to Major in a Political Science and Theatre at the University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg.
